Kurt de Pfyffer has more than 20 years’ experience in all areas of finance and accounting reporting compliance with extensive background in mergers and acquisitions working as both a senior corporate executive and in the Big Four arena. Prior to BGA, Kurt held various executive positions at Hewlett-Packard including director of HPE software; acting vice president of corporate development integration where he oversaw ten integrations/divestitures ranging from $50 million to the company’s $2.7 billion acquisition of Aruba Networks; and director of HP software, M&A integration and special projects where he led the Autonomy integration as well as companywide software migration efforts. He began his career at Deloitte where as manager of audit and assurance services he oversaw engagements for high-tech clients. Kurt is a certified public accountant.
